About Me

I’m passionate about helping people feel emotion without numbing out or feeling too flooded. I work with clients to work through past traumas while incorporating the mind-body connection in order to feel more regulated and connected.

I'm a licensed clinical social worker practicing in Michigan and Colorado. I provide virtual individual therapy and specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner in training, I also support clients in reconnecting with internal responses and regulating their nervous system.

In session, I maintain a relaxed, nonjudgemental environment. Together, we'll work toward helping you find balance, calm, and connection and get you back to living the life you want to lead.

Starting therapy can be daunting. Here's what you can expect after reaching out to schedule your initial phone consultation.

Finding a Time to Talk

  • You’ll receive a prompt email response from me after submitting your form with my availability to schedule your free, 15-minute initial consultation.
  • At our scheduled date and time, I’ll give you a call.

The Initial Consultation

  • During our phone call, we’ll talk about my approach, your needs for therapy, and discuss how we might work together.
  • If we decide to work together, we'll schedule our first session.

Preparing for the First Session

  • Once you’re scheduled, you’ll receive a link with some forms to complete.
  • Plan to submit your paperwork at least 48 hours before your first appointment.

Your First Appointment

  • You'll receive a link to gain access to our virtual session.
  • During the session, we’ll ys to elp you feel better.
