Our bodies engage our fight, flight, or freeze response when experiencing a traumatic event. More often than not, these responses are replayed in our bodies, leading to anxiety, panic, or feeling the need to shut down.

How I Can Help
Using Somatic Experiencing, I’ll help you attune to your body and start to heal.
I help clients understand their body’s unique response to challenging emotions and past trauma using a guided, body-centered approach that helps process those emotions gradually without fully reactivating the traumatic response. This guided approach has helped many clients repair from traumatic events, calm anxious responses, and feel more centered in their bodies.
