What would it feel like to be able to stop the over-thinking, worrying, or feeling overwhelmed?

Everyone’s anxiety takes a different form. Maybe you struggle with perfectionism and are constantly vigilant to keep from failing. Or maybe you’re overcome with fears or worries and find yourself always on the lookout for the next shoe to drop. And because so much of this is happening in your head, it can be hard to let anyone in to get the help you need.

A different relationship to your anxiety is possible.

How I Can Help

I provide a body-centered approach to treating anxiety.

I help clients locate where their anxiety manifests and work to help them identify what’s at the root of those feelings. Whether your anxiety is tied to spiraling thoughts or just a feeling you get and can’t shake, my approach helps bring focus back to the body to understand how your fight, flight, or freeze response function in order to help get to the root of what’s causing your anxiety.

From there, we can address where those thoughts or feelings are coming from, build resilience for managing anxious feelings in the future, and get you back to leading a life less burdened by anxiety.

Imagine Feeling…

Anxiety often keeps your body in a state of high-alert. By addressing root causes and understanding how your body responds, you can begin to feel more relaxed and at-ease in your daily life.
